Sometimes a song just says what you feel. So often they become prayers or heart longings for me. A place for me to rest.

This song is a place of re-centering myself in Him. He is my peace, my joy, my anchor in the storms, my safe place. Sometimes we just need to take a deep breath. Often I find the day to day overwhelms and I need to breathe Him in deeply and breathe out all the anxiety and trouble I feel. When I breathe Him in and breathe out all that weighs on me, I find a place of strength. 

I helps me to remember that HE IS GOOD! When I do not understand the yet unanswered prayers, or I do not understand why my kids are going thru the things they are facing, or I wonder about the ugliness around me, this reminds me to focus on Him and just to breathe….In the end all will be good and all will come out right, as He intends and promises.
